Each evening, as the sun begins its graceful descent into the Aegean, Zélia invites its guests to pause and partake in the Daily Sunset Ritual. This is a cherished tradition - a gentle ceremony that celebrates the day’s memories and welcomes the evening’s calm. 

At the exact moment the sun disappears, a staff member sounds the Gong, signifying day’s end. This sensory cue leaves a lasting impression of peace. Our Sunset Ritual is informal yet meaningful. It requires no booking and no dress code beyond relaxed evening attire (barefoot welcome!)

We aspire that guests make it a daily habit to gather and mingle, creating a time to reflect, connect, and be present.

Full moon soirées of rhythm, scent, and sound

Each summer full moon, Zélia invites guests to a very special evening: Soirées Blanches – our signature barefoot celebration under the moonlight. Open to all in-house guests, they take place monthly on the night of the full moon, transforming our Hélios Terrace into a glowing world of elegance, connection, and celebration.

Curated signature cocktails and themed bites evoke the flavours of the season and the night’s mood - each White Night with its own story, its own pulse. Later, as the full moon reaches its zenith, the Hélios Terrace becomes an open-air dance floor. White Nights at Zélia are not parties in the ordinary sense - they are ritual evenings where the light of the moon, the pulse of music, and the spirit of the Mediterranean come together in a celebration of the beauty of the moment.

Guests are invited to wear white linen - to become part of the luminous atmosphere, and to honor the timeless ritual of gathering beneath a full moon.
